Located in Ensenada, Mexico, Automotive Safety Components Inc. (ASCI), is one of the leading producers of air bags and technical cut-and-sewn products in the world. Specializing in high volume automotive airbag fabrication and prototype research, ASCI is supported by the most technologically advanced equipment in the industry and is capable of producing in excess of 10,000,000 bags per year. We have the latest in cut-and-sew technology designed for maximum efficiency utilizing a vast array of precision equipment. Four 2000 watts Laser cutters, One knife with wide cutting capabilities We have over 1200 dedicated, energetic and well-educated associates ready to service your needs. We also have available capacity for expansion into new partner programs.

RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT
ASCI is dedicated to the continuous improvement of current products, the optimization of nesting patterns, development of innovative sewing techniques, and the development of new products and services for the automotive and technical product markets. Our engineering staff has an outstanding reputation for innovation and teamwork and are always ready to respond to customer requests for design review, product testing and prototype development.
