is a 40% Nomex / 60% Kevlar outershell fabric that combines our exclusive yarn dyeing technology and patented Teflon F-PPE finish.  The result is a tough and highly durable water resistant fabric with greatly improved color and light fastness.   

 

Yarn dyeing provides a much deeper penetration of dye into the fabric which allows Tradition to better maintain it’s color and strength as compared to fabrics that have been piece or beam dyed.  Garments produced with Tradition will look and perform better and much longer than pressure or beam dyed fabrics.  

 

Our patented Teflon F-PPE treatment provides the world’s best water repellent technology for a drier, lighter more comfortable gear.  Teflon F-PPE does not wear off after laundering and provides highly water repellent capability for years.
